Tribal violence and radical Islam are primary sources of persecution. In some regions and among some tribes deeply rooted in Islam, there is strong social pressure against Christian converts from Islam. Most persecution involves the rejection and physical abuse of Christians by family members.

- Ask the Lord to strengthen churches in Guinea and for more leaders to help disciple the next generation.
- Islamists are active in the country, which is 88% Muslim. Pray that jihadis' hearts will soften toward Christ.
- Pray for Christians who have been disowned and attacked for following Christ.
- Pray that every Christian in Guinea will have access to the Bible in their own language.
