What lodging is available?
VOM is working with several hotels in Bartlesville to provide special conference pricing for attendees. Reserve your hotel room through the VOM National Conference Travel and Hotel page.
Will the conference be livestreamed?
Because many of our speakers work in hostile areas or restricted nations, we are unable to livestream the entire conference and will not provide recordings afterward. Personal photography or recording will not be permitted. These precautions allow our guests to speak freely and share their stories while protecting their security as they continue working in difficult and dangerous regions.
What is the refund policy if I can no longer attend the conference?
VOM National Conference tickets are non-refundable. Should your plans change, you may transfer your registration to another attendee with approval from VOM or request a free resource as compensation. If you have any questions, please contact us at orders@vom.org or call 800-747-0085.
What will be served for lunch and snacks?
A catered meal will be served for lunch with gluten-free accommodations available. A variety of pre-packaged snacks, water and coffee will be available between sessions.
Can I switch my registration to attend the other conference session?
Yes! While space allows, you may transfer your registration to attend the other conference session. Please call 800-747-0085 to switch your registration.
Are children allowed to attend?
We recommend attendees be at least 16 years old to attend the conference as the testimonies may be intense for young children. However, parents may use their discretion to determine if their teenager is able to attend the conference. Mothers with nursing infants are welcome to attend, and a private room for nursing mothers will be available. Due to limited seating, each person attending (excluding infants) must register in advance.
Will there be shuttles and transportation?
We will not be able to offer shuttles to and from the airport or between hotels and plenary sessions. Since Bartlesville does not have public transportation, we recommend renting a car at Tulsa International Airport (about 45 minutes away). Doing so will give you flexibility to travel between your hotel and VOM's headquarters.
Can I be added to a waitlist for the VOM National Conference?
Yes! Please call us at 800-747-0085 to request being added to the waitlist.
